Fermented for 12 months.
All our products are made locally at Château Montagny-lès-Seurre in Burgundy, using traditional Korean know-how. They were fermented in Korean terracotta pots, using local produce from local farmers.
Ingredients: Glutinous rice, red chili powder, barley malt, salt, fermented soybean powder, water.
Average nutritional values per 100 g: Energy: 207 kcal / 868 kJ – Fat: 1.6 g – of which saturated fatty acids <0.5 g – Carbohydrates: 44 g – of which sugars: 19 g – Protein: 4 g – Salt: 6.1 g.
Store away from light and heat. Keep refrigerated after opening.
