Costs
All our products are made locally at Château Montagny-lès-Seurre in Burgundy, using traditional Korean know-how. They were fermented in Korean terracotta pots, using local produce from local farmers.
Ingredients: Cabbage, red chili powder, salt, radish, maesil syrup (fermented green plum), garlic, glutinous rice paste (glutinous rice powder, water), leek, ginger, broth (water, apple, pear, onion, shiitake mushroom, pumpkin, leek).
Average nutritional values per 100 g: Energy: 35 kcal / 147 kJ – Fat: 0 g – of which saturated fatty acids 0 g – Carbohydrates: 7.6 g – of which sugars: 2.1 g – Protein: 1.3 g – Salt: 1 g.
