All our products are made locally at Château Montagny-lès-Seurre in Burgundy, using traditional Korean know-how. They were fermented in Korean terracotta pots, using local produce from local farmers.
Ingredients: Flour, glutinous rice powder, grape oil, rice syrup, soju, starch syrup, ginger, cinnamon sticks, pumpkin seed.
